I could never get Treasure Adventure Game to run, IIRC. I didn't try the 2.1.0.5 version, though, tbh.

edit: Downloaded that version and am now ble to run it. I do wish games would explain WHICH button is the action- and which the jump button, etc.

I really think the old pixel style was much better. But I will probably still buy it, because I had a great time with Treasure Adventure Game and want to reward the developer for his good work.

This is much cheaper than I expected. Nice!

I was looking forward to this release since it was announced. The original is a fantastic game, and I hope that this reworked version will also be a great game.

Treasure Adventure Game was really good, but I never finished it because it had so many stability issues. This should be a great game!

*Loved* the original version. Would really like to support the dev by pre-ordering, though considering how long this has been in development, I'm a little hesitant. Perhaps once an actual release date is announced, I'll jump in.

Edit: Okay, now that I've watched the trailer, I see that the release date is supposed to be on the 26th (don't know why GOG isn't mentioning that anywhere themselves). Will definitely pick it up before release day and recommend any old school platform "metroidvania" lover do the same.

It's a rebuilt version of the original rather than a sequel to its story. But they put a lot of work into rebuilding it. It's not just new artwork.

As the soundtrack is listed in the 'Included goodies' section, the only real pre-order exclusive is the digital instruction booklet, right?
