I doubt it. Probably the "normal" users are uprepping the posts to countervail those unfairly downrepped. E.g. I saw that my own upreps deleted three or four of the "low-rated" signs.

Congrats to Impaler26! I'm glad I didn't win, I remembered when I got home that I already have SA on DVD that I've never played. I bought the GTA3/VC/SA box set out of a bargain bin one time, but I've never installed any of them.

I had already owned/played GTA3 on CD.
