The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt 50% off for the first time. Up to 80% off games that you'll find only on GOG.com.

Across the years, we've tracked down and recovered numerous gaming classics - those lost to time but never quite forgotten. We've tested, tweaked, and tested some more to get them up and running on your computers, free of the all-consuming hassle of virtual machines and emulators. We've done our best to deliver bonus goodies: manuals, booklets, and all the little things that gave us a sense of heft and ownership so many years ago.

We are digital archeologists, we are gaming detectives, and this week is all about the games that make GOG.com a unique place to be:

For the first time ever, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt gets a 50%, courtesy of our friends at CD PROJEKT RED. And while we're at it, we're throwing in the rest of the Witcher franchise along for the ride.

Four bundles, the best of those that returned, only on GOG.com:
D&D: Classic Bundle (up to -80%): featuring the classic editions of Baldur's Gate, Planescape: Torment, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights - 10 games in total.
D&D: Gold Box Bundle (up to -50%): featuring three tomes of Forgotten Realms: The Archives (with Eye of the Beholder, Pool of Radiance, Dungeon Hack, and more) as well as Al-Qadim, Dark Sun, Krynn, Ravenloft, and others - 18 games in total.
Warhammer Bundle (up to -50%): featuring 4 games: Final Liberation: Warhammer Epic 40,000, Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate, Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat, Warhammer 40,00: Rites of War.

Crewdroog: GET OUT OF MY CLOSET!

Hey,. HEY! don't touch that, it took me hours to get the last guy out of it. I said stop touching it!
avatar
HunchBluntley: Uh...I said I WAS in your closet; I managed to make it out late last night (although I got tangled in some sort of strap with a series of spike-studded buckles on it...).
Whoever's in your closet right now is not me. I'd advise you to call the police, but I'm pretty sure some of the stuff I saw in there is not exactly legal, so....
shitshitshitshitshitshitshit i forgot about the twins!

Well gang, another sale has come and gone. In a few days, another sale will come, but will it gone?
avatar
tfishell: but will it gone?
eh?
Nooooo! Too soon! Ended too soon!
Bought myself some Star Trek games, it baffles my mind to get 20+ hours worth of voice-casting by these legends for the price of a smoothie...which are freakishly expensive in Sweden by the way.
I really wanted the D&D Gold Box as well but I'm holding up for the upcoming winter sale.
61 games in my library since I started buying like a week ago. bought star wars blaster, d&d, bullfrog bundles + some other gems. shit, damn collection grows too fast with these sales hehe (2 games got for free though)

Rottencorpsex: [...] (2 games got for free though)
Should be more than just two. When I signed up, Beneath a Steel Sky, Tyrian 2000, Dragonsphere, Ultima IV, Treasure Adventure Game, Worlds of Ultima: The Savage Empire, and Warsow were all in my library automatically. There are also 6 other permanently free games (and a couple other free DLC thingies for non-free titles) and 2 permanently free movie titles if you search the catalog. And that's not even counting the various "free if you spend X dollars" gifts from the last few big sales. =)

Also, this is not the current sale's comment thread. ; ]
