Nevermind, about the quota thing (already met thanks to the kindness of others) that's been solved too. Now I can gift on steam gifts where your rep is not counted and you can gift freely to others. Again thanks for bringing that to my attention. I feel you should gift to be nice not to worry about a rep it's whats inside that counts not a number.

I can assure you my intentions ARE pure apology accepted, Please try not to be too harsh my rep is not high because i don't post much or try to boost my rep here not intrested in rep. Also for your info please dont assume I dontated just 1$ you dont know that. You can pm te_lanus if you need to know the tier. I gift because I want not because of a rep that what gift means.

Sorry to rant but you did hurt my feeling :()
