Could anybody please buy me Voxatron for $1 from IGS?

I'm currently staying in a hostel in Spain and using public wifi, and I'm worried about signing into my bank account to top up PayPal. I can give you the dollar back when I return to the UK, although I'm not sure exactly when that will be.
