After checking the steam forums, it looks like the publisher "8Floor" has invalidated all of their bundle keys from indiegala and groupees. After reading this, I checked a bunch of unredeemed keys from both sites on the wife's steam account and they all came back as dups.

I found out a while back that Steam doesn't differentiate between 0 and O or o. To Steam they are all the same key. I just checked it for the 2 keys for Adventures of Shuggy and Steam accepts all of them as keys for Adventures of Shuggy Retail no matter whether they are 0/O or o (although they were already activated by someone else).
