Hi abop, asdf11 has been a member for over 4 years and his rep was close enough to 10 when he posted. You have only been a member for 4 months and have negative rep. It is unfortunate that we need to put restrictions on the giveaways, but there have been a few people who are abusing the community in an effort to claim as many games as they can. They create many alternate accounts and attempt to claim games they wont even play.

Just participate in forum discussions and your rep will increase. You gain 1 rep point each day for making a post, and if people like your posts enough to click the '+' button, your rep will also be increased. It doesn't take long to gain rep.
I understand that the last key may be claimed by the time your rep is at least 10, but this game has been bundled many times and I would be surprised if it isn't offered in another giveaway soon. ; )
