Why I'm writing this? Well, I currently have 200+ games and I feel like I can't complete a thing. I wish to complete more games on my ever growing list, but it seems I fail every time I start something new.
Idk, do you have any advice how to stick with certain games?

Don't stick with games. Play then for enjoyment, when you feel they're no longer enjoyable, it's time to stop.

Unless you feel that the narrative is something that would make it worth playing. But you can usually tell that soon enough.

I've completed 70 of my 300 games on gog, and that includes classics i finished way back when. I have to many games to stick with one after i realise I'm not enjoying myself.

This! Don't "force" yourself to do anything you don't enjoy. You don't want to ruin your free time with stuff you don't like.

If your backlog is too big to ever finish it, stop trying to finish it (maybe "finnish" it and put it on ice :P). Play a game from your collection if you want to play it and buy a new game (one, not a dozen) if you want to play it. You'll feel better this way.
Most of those seem like incredibly long games.
Props to you for finishing them up though.

I agree with Babark about the enjoyment of games. Having said that, I tend to feel 'obligated' to finish games sometimes. Bad habit. It has been so bad, at some point I had pre-game anxiety lol. I was afraid to even start a game because I knew I would feel obligation later.

Also out of the games that I own here, probably 2/3 i actually care about, so I'm not trying to finish all the games in my library.

What has helped me personally is to hide all games except ones that I play. I think right now I just have Tranistor and Tome4 unhidden. out of all my games. I also like organizing stuff, so I have tags to describe my games, such as 'in progress' and 'completed'. It helps to lessen the numbness I feel when scrolling through my games, although if you have hundreds of games it may be harder to do.
There is the odd game that sticking with it is precisely the right thing to do though.
Unfortunately it's nigh impossible to determine at the time which ones this applies to.

The larger your gaming collection grows though, the least likely you will feel the need to finish the game. I've been fortunate/unfortunate enough to only have a small collection, and this generally means the following:

- If I bought the game, I play it to the end. Every game I ever bought I've done this, for better or worse, I saw it through, even if I used in-game cheats to do it because I sucked at playing it. :)

- If the game was a donation (forum keys), again I feel obligated to play it to the end. The only thing is that it might get backlogged for a while, depending on its length / type.

- If the game was a freebie (mass giveaway), I will still aim to finish it eventually, but don't have remorse if I don't. A poorly designed game or one that is completely not likeable from launch usually gets uninstalled without a second thought.

RPGs are likely going to be the more difficult game to pick up later if you put off finishing it, especially those with complex storylines, multiple story paths and side-missions. Likely you'll forget "where you were up to" by the time you return, and lose interest permanently (or have to start over).

My 2-cents worth.
Okay here goes.

YEAH!

Wait shit....no. My cat did one time, but then he was always smarter than me.
Added a game I forgot...
A few things that work for me:

1) Most of these games look like fairly long ones (I tend to like those as well). Try playing a few really short ones. There's a list of one day games around here somewhere. I find that can kickstart my ambition to finish lengthier ones.

2) Try playing a different genre than you normally do. Sometimes I find this is refreshing and leads me to not only complete the new game, but gives me incentive to complete the game(s) in the genre I tend to prefer.

3) Take a break form gaming for a while. Read, watch some movies/tv shows, or just do something else.

That makes sense, but doesn't apply to all situations. There are more reasons to play than just having fun or trying to enjoy it. One such reason can be trying out different genres to get familiar with them, or playing through landmark titles from game history to be more educated about gaming in general.

Having said that, if some game is simply too much to finish, maybe it can be left unfinished.
Then again, some smaller titles can go through in a couple of hours with no issues.

As someone who has played hundreds of games I can say this though, it's always easier to finish the game even with forcing it a little bit, than putting it aside and thinking that you will finish it some other day later on. That hardly ever happens for various reasons, one of the most common being save games being lost, deleted, or incompatible due to later updates.
What's the reason why you don't stick to them? Do they bore you or do you get distracted by starting all kinds of other games? If it's the first, maybe try more games, just pick a couple from your collection and check them out for a bit until you lose interest or find the one that draws you in so much you automatically stick to it. If it's the latter ... do the opposite and stop starting more games. :D

I'd have said "play shorter games" as well, but others already did so. A quick look at your list of GOG games tells me you might have a chance of completing Oxenfree, it's only about 4 hours long, I think.
