Hm, had to look many names, but some that stood out for me:

Troy Baker/Courtnee Draper (Booker/Elizabeth) in Bioshock Infinite

Hannah Telle (Max) and especially Ashley Burch (Chloe) in Life is Strange (have a certain scene in mind but don't wanna spoil it)

Catherine (Nell Mooney) in SOMA was really nice.

Claudia Black in Dragon Age (or better, in everything). Thats one amazing voice.

Doug Cockle (Geralt) in the Witcher games, dunno, due to the nature of the role it usually isn't too emotionally acted, but who doesn't love Geralts voice ;)

Saul Jephcott (Styx). from the Styx games. Just like the kind of delivery

GlaDOS (Ellen McLain) ...heavily processed of course, but very memorable.

As for memorable lines, don't think I remember many one liners or anything like that, maybe the Unreal Tournament announcer. M-M-Monster kill, who could forget that?

Oh, ancient chinese secret maybe :D

AB2012: "I SPEEL MY DRINK!" - Deus Ex
As much as I love Deus Ex, but the voice acting really was all over the place :D Memorable though, some of JCs and Gunthers lines were just great. He knows I like O-range!
Oxenfree has good quality voice acting.
Pretty much every character that is voiced by Cindy Robinson, especially 'tough' characters.
Here's an interview with her.
Claudia Black in Mass Effect 2 & 3 as Matriarch Aethyta.

I'm listening to her now in Dragon Age Origins.
Lunar Silver Star Story Ghaleon's coming out party. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sh9R2EXJMEE
Um, all the people who voiced Two Worlds. Good? No. Memorable? Yes. So awkward and stiff that I eventually put it into the "so bad it's good" category.
You guys are forgetting the VA in KQ6.
Robby Benson as Price Alexander and Beast from Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Also Corey Feldman in Normality who was in alot of movies in the late 1980s. Including Friday the 13th part 4, The Burbs and the Lost Boys.
1. Doug Cockle as Geralt in The Witcher series.

2. Mark Meer as Shepard in Mass Effect series.

3. Troy Baker in every game.

4. Roger Craig Smith in Assassins Creed, Dying Light and Resident Evil.

Braggadar: Dungeon Keeper:
Yes, the original. The spell announcements, the descriptions of the area you conquered and the ones next on the chopping block. That voice is very memorable for me.
So this, I don't really bother with sound in games any more but when I replayed DK I did so with sound because the Mentor is just so iconic and brilliant.

kohlrak: Dungeon Keeper 1,2,WftO: Peppa Pig's father!?
I had to look that up to be sure it's true, that's quite hilarious.

babark: In that case...
"Fire in the hole"- From Counter-Strike, probably drummed into my head through repetition
"Be happy to!"- the peons in Warcraft
"EA Sports, it's in the game"
These are all quite memorable too. All the lines in Warcraft 2 are great, the ogres when you build them is my favourite - "We're ready master."
"I'm not ready!"

idbeholdME: Unreal Tournament announcers (especially UT99, 2003 and UT3).
"M-M-M-M-MONSTER KILL!"

I'm quite partial to the taunts in old RTS games, Age of Kings and Red Alert 2 particularly had some great ones.
"If you give up now I promise amnesty for you and your men!"
"It is good to be the king"
etc.

As for actual voice acting... I tend to dislike it as I'm a fast reader but the voice acting in Xenoblade Chronicles was pretty good (both in an actually decent way and a it's so bad it's funny way)
"It's Reyn time!" in particular is a line that has stuck with me.
Borderlands - Tiny Tina (especially her DLC)

The Baldur's Gate games have my favorite voice acting. :)

The narrator in Darkest Dungeon is awesome!
Glottis, from Grim Fandango
Oh Boy!
First thing instantly popped in my mind: Charles Dance as the Emporer in The Witcher 3. Absolutely incredible!

There is also (in no particular order)
* Wheatley of Portal 2 (and GlaDoS aswell)
* Serious Sam (especially the voice over part in The Talos Principle, which you can enable if you possess both Games)
* Tiny Tina (for her craziness) and Jack (for his variety) in Borderlands 2.
* Gnarl from Overlord. Best voiced minion ever! Either in german or in english. Both are very well done!

not "really" good, short, or more like announcements, but in it's own case memorable (for me):
* The Narrator of Torchlight and his weird ending of his sentences (e.g. your pet returns).
* The Menu announcer in SEGA's All Star Racing Transformed
* Anno 1602 Announcer
* Broforce Announcer
* Shopowner from Killing Floor. Her voice is so annoying (and therfore memorable), I really hated her during playing the Game

There must be far more in my head, but these are the first which popped in my head after short thinking about it.
