I'm sure we've all had it one time or another. A game comes along with voice-acting so professional, or so well scripted, that it's an earworm. It might only be the voice has a depth or tenor that somehow left an impression. You'd remember it if someone played the audio back to you years later.

I invite you fellow members, to relate such games, phrases, sequences that hold sway in your memories.

I'll start by offering 3:

Dungeon Keeper:
Yes, the original. The spell announcements, the descriptions of the area you conquered and the ones next on the chopping block. That voice is very memorable for me.

TIE Fighter:
The flight officer/commander that is in your ear mission after mission, and the briefings/debriefings. Wow.

Quake III\Team Arena:
Another distinctive voice, but one almost tattoed on my brain. "Holy sh*t!", "Humiliation!", "Two Frags, Two Seconds: Excellent!".

You get the point. Bring on the memories!
Baldur's Gate 2,David Warner ... Jon Irenicus (voice) and a fine actor also.
Jagged Alliance 1. Voice acting is what gave mercs personalities.
Three games that immediately come to mind:

Bedlam: The protagonist's voice acting
Bastion: The narrator
The Journey Down: All the voice acting here
I loved the voices in the Metal Gear series. Never played V but 1 - 4 had great voice acting.
Dragon History.

It was so bad, I had to turn it off. The problem can of course be at my end, as I don't speak Czech language, and the voice acting may the greatest thing since sliced bread. The game itself is kind of nice though, and available for free.

Gabriel Knight

The voiceover narrator lady is so bad that 99% of all people turn her off, before she turns players off completely...
(fortunately there's an option just to mute her, and keep other voices)
+ "What can you tell about voodoo?" really sticks in your head...

Broken Sword series

We all love the protagonist voice, don't we?

Impossible Mission & Test Drive 2: The Duel

Not so much voice acting, but spoken samples when there was no speak in games is very memorable, even if it's only few words.

Wing Commander 3+4

It's Luke Skywalker!!! in FMV!!!!

Machinarium !!!!

Just because the character doesn't speak in a real language, doesn't mean the he doesn't have a voice. Don't think it's acted though, so maybe it doesn't qualify in this thread.
Hail to the King baby!
Whoever was behind Duke Nukem's voice.

babark: Bastion: The narrator
Totally agree.
Urdnot Wrex - Mass Effect (voiced by Steven Barr). Loved this character. Script and voice were both awesome.
Outcast, specifically the German localization. We got the dubbing voice of Bruce Willis as Cutter Slade, which totally fits the role and was very professionally spoken. One of the few cases where the localization was better than the original.
Sill have yet to encounter more memorable voice acting than in the Legacy of Kain series. Simon Templeman absolutely carries it. That man can't talk in anything else but epic. Also respect to Tony Jay (may he RIP).

Unreal Tournament announcers (especially UT99, 2003 and UT3).

Caleb from Blood (Stephan Weyte). A sadistic, yet sarcastic maniac at it's finest.

And probably many more. Might put them here later...

Whoever was behind Duke Nukem's voice.
That would be John St. John.
A prank call by him.

EDIT:
NHL 2002. I never had so much fun with a sports game ever again and that is only due to the hilarious commentators. Some of their exchanges are pure gold.

All of Firewatch.

Probably one of the very few cases of actual human conversations.

Uncharted 2 stands out too, mainly due to Nate and Sully coming off like genuine friends rather than two npcs written to be friends.

And of course

the GOAT

Deckard Cain.

Any voice acting done by Jennifer Hale. Especially Bastila Shan in Star Wars: Knights of the old republic.

I don't think you can consider it as voice acting, if you are referring just to some samples, not that I'm complaining. But in the same vein:

Mortal Kombat: Fatality!
NBA Jam: Nothing but net! BOOMSHAKALAKA!!!

Well, maybe it's stretching the term a bit far, but my thread, my rules, I'm including these snippets. ;)
I always considered the voice in Quake III to be a sort of commentator anyway. Agree on Mortal Kombat.
