Was one of those who wrote to the dev!
http://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/t/thanks-gearbox-for-letting-telltale-bring-this-series-to-gog-com/421030
Contributed, but not sure whether or not adding that one to the list....
...guess it would be better to have seperate ones for Homeworld (already got that one, although it´s outdated), Borderlands and Duke! (the other Gearbox games aren´t IPs owned by Gearbox)
I keep hoping the Gearbox games will someday arrive on GOG (...Homeworld...), but Borderlands would be nice as well! :P
Yeah, Borderlands would be awesome ^^

Note that Tales from The Borderlands is published by Telltale Games in "association with 2K". On the other hand other for Borderlands games 2K is the primary publisher. So I guess 2K's general attitude towards DRM plays a role here. It's not about the franchise - it's all about those who make decisions in each case.

There's a thread over on Steam discussions for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain where the devs are listening to feedback for features. Some people have already requested no DRM + GOG release as one of the features, so if you don't want the game to feature any extra DRM (and Kojima has already expressed concerns about piracy on PC in the past), as well as mentioning any PC features or options you think the game should have, leave a comment there:

SCPM: ...
Done, thanks for the heads-up.
Just got this response from Dex developers:

Sadly we have received a negative response from GOG, so Dex won't be there any time soon. So please go for Steam or Humble Store version.
What's going on GOG?

Hah - "join the DRM-free revolution!"

I guess Humble is fine. If gOg do not want my monies, I do not intend to chase them down to give it to them either.
