(Incidentally, the availability of the effect is as follows:
Arena: Available (Transfer Spell Points), but I believe it's not that great
Daggerfall: Not available at all
Morrowind: Exists, and found in scrolls and one artifact, but not in a spell, and not available for custom spells/enchantments
Oblivion: From what I have read, is available for spellmaking and actually useful this time.

I wish the fascists labeling the speech they don't agree with, to stop baptizing it hate speech and take a good, long look inside their own mirror, before calling the speaker of said speech, fascist. Censor and speech oppression is the tool of dictatorships, not democracy. Everyone is entitled to an opinion that should be heard, as long as they don't try to force it on others and are willing to hear to others', too.

Granted. Unfortunately, it is possible to step through the portal before it's connected to the anime world, and you do so by accident, resulting in your body being torn apart.
