Appears that the scammer in the chat is Wakalo, and he have the nut's to post this in the "Why the person above you should be banned" thread with one of their knowed alts.

At that time, he called himself VONYER and later V0NYER.

you can revoke scammed games:

gog games via gog support

steam games via steam support

humble bundle games via humble support

you won't get them back probably, but the scammer won't have them eighter. so its worth the extra effort
