I recommend stocking up for an emergency. Don't think 'this can't happen to you'; Emergencies happen all the time and people are not prepared. In New York they've gone weeks without heat during the winter. On the east coast there's been hurricanes and Tsunamis. In California there's been Earthquakes. Just because you haven't been in one doesn't mean you never will.

So regardless of the type of emergency, make sure you have (to last 72 hours or longer):

Food (dry, MREs, canned, non-perishable, etc)
Water (1 gallon per person per day)
Medical supplies (bandages and disinfectant)

Other things you could get/use is:

A dry bag or watertight container (when flooding or other)
Firestarting and fuel (Cooking and/or heating)
Tent and/or blankets
Batteries and flashlights
A 2 way radio (or pair as they come, some radios you can get feed of current weather statistics)

If you do camping or bushcraft, the following can be useful:
55gal 3mm drumliner
backup knifes
Fire steel / lighters
Tarp
Compass
Saw / cutting tool
Cord (550 or bankline)
Compact cooking kit or cooking pot.


Ultimately it's up to you to prepare for any emergency that could come up. Emergencies often don't have warnings. Prep sensibly.

Even if vaccination was harmful overall (and it isn't) there is still this, that should outweight any possible harmful effects.

Flouride is not banned anywhere. It's perfectly legal everywhere in the world (I am making the everywhere up, I have no idea what they do in North Korea). Water flouridation is not performed in many countries in the world but in some it is but flouride really isn't.
