I'm getting the "corrupted files" again on every game I download. I am not using the downloader to do that, but instead just downloading the games manually. I can't even get the downloader to work properly on my computer, haven't since the day I built this rig. That may be something on my side.

However, I bought Hotline Miami on launch day, and it ran perfectly fine. Today, I can't get it to do anything. I keep trying to download the newest version of the game, and every time I try to install it, it says that there are corrupt files. Did the same with Divine Divinity (which I have not installed before on this computer) and The Witcher (which also haven't been installed on this computer). Legend of Grimrock continues working fine.
...and as I typed all of that, I was downloading Hotline Miami...and it's not giving me the "corrupted files" issue. *ugh*

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems. Thanks for the assurance that its not me and my system hoppefully. I guess I can't play my new purchases until a patch comes out. This is a real problem though for GOG.
I wonder - Does GOGDownloader crop the file logger regularly or does it keep growing?

As I recall, it does have an upper limit, though can't recall exactly what it was. I think it was a few MBs, but current log file I have is at 391KB, which could be 400000 bytes or something.
Yeah, I run it as an admin but I still get a million checksum errors on both Hotline Miami and one of the Interplay games I got off the bundle. Basically, the only titles I want to currently play on my GoG account are unplayable and undownloadable, both independently and through the downloader as well.

I'm really fucking bummed about this, GoG had never given me grief before.
After the reported problems with the previous version of the downloader,
problems continue even with the last release, downloader failed crashing.
Log snippet tail included below.
Please fix the downloader asap, this is really getting annoying and
transforming the usually lovely and hassle-free gog experience into
something really frustrating, thanks.

Gog downloader version: 3.2.14.0 (stable)
OS Version: Win 7 HP (Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1)
Language: Italian (Italy)
Browser: Firefox 16.0.2

The log file is always cleared beyond 10MB, so it shouldn't be larger.

We'll be releasing an update, probably tomorrow or on Tuesday. Stay tuned, hopefully everything will run smoothly afterwards.

Yes please, hopefully the issue doesn't take too long to resolve. I'd love to finish downloading my games finally. My better half is demanding her Divinity 2 fix. ;-)

New download client updates have impacted on download reliability, this is the fix we're eagerly awaiting for the next 48 hours. Then maybe we'll riot in the streets outside the GOG.com offices if it's not resolved yet. ;-)

In all seriousness though there's a couple of minor bugs due to upgrades now floating around that GOG.com are working to resolve for us hopefully before the end of Tuesday their time.
Okay GOG Downloader now crashes whenever I click on GOG download link.

Hi guys, i remember seeing the Beta GOG downloader client and it looks different then the regular client. It looks like it has more features. Are there plans to bring this to the normal client, or will it stay a feature of the Beta client? Thanks.
