I think you should write to support. You can find it at the very top of the page. Or you can simply use this link:

On support pages, you can select French language if you don't feel comfortable using English.

It was just on sale here so I'm doubting the usual suspect.

A friendly little english tip: "I cannot play X-Com." You do not "play to" X-Com, if you're normal. Don't ask what i mean, just please understand that the "to" is not just unnecessary, but bad to add in this case.

Anyway, where is this list of games that you're checking, and how did you pay for the game? I sense UI difficulties.
