I submitted a ticket to get my username changed and was just curious at how long it takes for that to occur.. if any Support mods are reading this, my ticket was XCKWG3QE.

It takes until the staff comes back from the weekend.

GOG support doesn't read the forum. They also only have a akeleton crew on weekends that only deals with serious trouble.

So wait a few days for reply from support.

P.S.: Choose your username wisely.

I imagine this is placed in a lower priority category. Given we're fresh from the GOG Winter Sale, there's a large volume of higher priority tickets for them to comb through. I would just be patient and if you haven't heard anything by the end of the week I'd contact support again.

They will change it give them around 3 to 5 days but I had them take a name from another account I had before I made this one and put it to this and later on changed that name. they are pretty cool with name changing but give it a week max and you will get it :)
