1. Hover your mouse over another user's avatar.
2. Click "Invite to friends".

Go here, click the plus, search for user. If I recall correctly, both username and email should work. Use either.
Or use Wishbone's suggestion, that also works.

Usually I just pull up in my car and ask how much, but then I don't believe in semantics.

CDPR? Not their job. GOG is a separate business from the game dev side of things, asking CDPR to fix GOG's problems would be like asking GOG to hurry up and finish Cyberpunk 2077, which they have no part in working on.
