if you bought the game on GOG, it's tied to your account. You need to contact support for refund.
You only get gog key for CP77 if you bought it as gift, which new accounts can't.

In light of the sale, I wanted to post this here even though it is also on my main trade post: I am willing to trade for double what something is worth non-sale price. So if you want to buy something I want for cheap and get something back that's worth twice what that was worth without a sale, you can get a great deal :)
