themazingness: Yeah, the account has only 1 rep and is new. There are $20 Steam wallet gift cards which would have a code on them. Still, your first point is valid. Not necessarily a scam though (could just be a user who is unaware since they have hardly used GoG).

2) there's no just 20$ steam wallet code, it's either 10$ or 25$ wallet code.
There are Steam Gift Cards in Canada that support $20 to $200 but they're rare. One store of about 30 stores carries them.
They also give the funds as CAD on steam; I don't know if that's how the Steam codes work when you buy directly from Valve. So if an American activates it for instance they only get about $15 USD.

That said... any one trying to trade those particular gift codes online likely does have some sort of scam going as there's better ways to get gog funds then via trading.
