2) there's no just 20$ steam wallet code, it's either 10$ or 25$ wallet code.

Yeah, the account has only 1 rep and is new. There are $20 Steam wallet gift cards which would have a code on them. Still, your first point is valid. Not necessarily a scam though (could just be a user who is unaware since they have hardly used GoG).
