tinyE: Oh yeah, it's one of his "impersonator aliases". He tries to convince people he is park_84 (who is a legit user) and hopes they don't notice the "." at the end of the name.
Has anyone rose concern about imposting to blue? I mean, the obvious cases, where names are pretty close and the behavior is essentially mimicking?

All the time. The account gets closed and it takes the scammer all of five minutes to create a new account and come back in.
