Well, he wanted to trade Dishonored and Thief. After sending him Dishonored key, I wanted my first game. He was complaining about the high price (He sold 3 games at one time) and want to get all keys in exchange of my codes. After that, I broke up. He said, he doesn't used my key (but I cannot check). Now, I want to active myself and the key is already in use. I have the retail discs including key card. Steam support contacted.

Try to take screenshot of your conversation and if you can refer to this site so contact can help you out as much as possible although trading outside steam trading windows isn't valve's business anymore. Maybe they will remove the game from his/her library...
