A quote from the Fall of the Dungeon Guardians blog:
"Except that, I got the answer from GOG : they said it looked like a good & interesting game, but were afraid it was too much of a niche game for their store (translation : it didn’t sell enough on Steam)."

A grid-based first person dungeon crawler is too niche for GOG. I'm sorry, what?! I can't think of a better match for GOG than an old-school niche RPG. If this is too niche for GOG, why are they selling Legend of Grimrock, which is almost exactly the same genre as this one?
This is not the first time I've rolled my eyes at GOG's decisions on which games to include in their lineup. I'm perfectly fine with having some standards, and not include every crummy RPGMaker game out there like Desura, but turning down good games for arbitary reasons seems counterproductive to me. It's twice as frustrating when GOG is the premiere DRM-free store online, and if they don't take on a game, Steam might become the only option.
