I just created my account, bought CP2077, greeting and order confirmation letters arrived no problem. I'm now trying to play via Geforce Now but it says that I need to confirm my account with security code. But security code never gets sent. I tried many times. Tried disabling 2FA, but to disable it you also need to enter security code which again never gets sent.
same thing here. this is why gog needs to implement support for autentificators.

Suffering the same problem. Nothing in the spam folders, nothing anywhere.
This is why email authentication is bad as an only option, need the introduction of support for authenticator apps.

From their support subdomain:
Important notice! We are currently experiencing heavy load on our systems, which can result in login problems.
If you didn't receive your 2-step login code, try resending the email.
In case of other login issues, please be patient and try again later.
re-sending the email does nothing. not much chance it seems of getting a code today. very poor to be honest.

I've been waiting for support of TOTP authenticators circa 4 years now :)
That system dies everytime they have a bigger sale or free games, at least Galaxy autologins when I get tired of trying to login via browser
I wonder why GOG doesn't use 2FA authenticator like Google Authenticator instead of sending log-in code via email.
2hrs, no code, shambles
WHATS THE FU....... PROBLEM to send a fuc.... shi.... email with the CODE

really NOOBS this gog , last time i bought here a GAME
Tried to disable 2FA again and it worked this time! :) Received the code finally.
But now even with Gfn Premium there are more than 250 people in the queue :( There was no queue earlier.

I bought the game 3 hours ago, email receipt came through no worries. Didnt cheap out on that system clearly.
So I have to install the client and need to 2fa code to proceed with install- no dice. Its not in spam, its nowhere. Tried resending a few times but that probably just makes it worse for everyone.
Try to disable 2fa because its garbage? unlucky, you need 2fa to do that. Thanks a bunch GOG
I find that if you click re-send a couple of times, you will get one. It was on the third go last time.

I always assumed it was my email - I've moved most of my other 2FAs to send me a code by SMS, although GoG doesn't support this.

^ This.
We are very sorry for all the inconveniences, but please rest assured that we are working on bringing everything back to normal.
Still missing 2FA Emails. :(
Same issue here. GOG, please fix asap!
