Hi, so my system is win 10 creators edition. I have a gaming laptop with integrated graphics. All of my games worked at some time or another. However, when I log on to Windows none of my games, their launch buttons, GeForce Exp, or GOG program are found anywhere . It's like all my games (except for the ones downloaded on steam) are nowhere to be found.

If I look at my GOG library online ask my games are still there but I get at D3D error or no error at all. Has anyone ever experienced this?!?

Win10 update caused problems for people including possibly graphic card drivers. I would try re-installing your graphic drivers. Also re-enable direct play. As for your games, if they were installed, then they will still be installed, I really can't follow your post very well, do you have galaxy installed and some games? Try the direct play reanable to get rid of most d3d problems, there may be other things like c++extensions but start there. Welcome to the happy world of always online operating systems.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I apologize for the way the post was written. I was probably sleep deprived when I wrote it. I just wanted to let you know that I ended up giving up, shutting down my laptop, and going to bed. The next day I started my laptop up and all of my previously downloaded GOG games were working and available to launch again. Really weird. I definitely think it had to do with the new Windows update. Again, thank you for your time and response.

It was likely that something had part installed and was waiting for reboot to finalise installation. I find it has always been a good idea to switch off a computer (especially windows) when I don't use it so it can finish things and clean up - it doesn't always prompt you to do this.
