I regularly check the place to see if there's any news (and well, there is not). Since a week ago or so, it doesn't even connect my account and seems to be "hanged" trying to connect but never gets to.

Is it down?

There has been no new updates on it.

It's up and working (for the most part), but there are currently no games on offer. There were two sets of games offered on GOG Connect in June, each lasting about 6 days, but so far there have been no more offers added since the Summer Sale started.

Right now, because no games are on offer, there's basically no queue for connecting/refreshing your Steam account on Connect, and doing so should take only a few seconds. If it gets stuck then you should contact support so that they can figure out what's going wrong, because it really shouldn't be doing that.

Just remember that before trying to connect your Steam account you need to set your account to "public" and leave it public until Connect has successfully scanned it.

Oh FFS everyday there's a new thread about GOG Connect.

Yeah it's getting on my last nerve too.

Like I've said on another thread, the FAQ it's useless apparently.

It states that it is timed, that it depends on the devs/publishers, etc.

How is that so hard to understand?

Thank you for the advices, but I already did all that, and even managed to get some Steam games unlocked in GOG when it all started, and I know there are no more games there now.

My problem these days is that the page gets stuck loading and never finishes the connecting routine. I fear that some day new games will be available and I'll be stuck with this never-ending-load problem.

Is it still possible to add Saint rows 2 to GOG library via gog-connect, or has it been completely disabled ?

Actually I've just tried gog-connect for the first time, and it doesn't detect any game to add to my library, though I know I have Saint Rows 2 on my steam account (and the account status is set on "public").

There were time windows for each game. You had to connect in the time window to activate it on GOG. Those time windows have now closed. Will it come round again, who knows.
