Just worked for me using Firefox (Internet Explorer prevents me from adding to cart). It seems to work if you pay via Paypal rather than credit card. You need to go through the process and then when it comes up with another error, go back and input your address details. I now have a serial number and working downloader.

The serial also works with the EADM, so I'm using that.

So...has Gamestation's support solve the download link problem, or are you just rebuying the game?
