Use Paypal as payment method. Put address details if it fails during checkout. At the end of the transaction you should get a screen with downloader link, and a serial number.

Once your payment has been processed we will send you an email with a link to the download product and an activation key (if required).

The MiniDownloader program (Download_game_name.exe) will start to download. Once finished, you simply navigate to where you have saved the file.

Launch the MiniDownloader by double-clicking the Download_game_name.exe file, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to select a folder in which to download the game installer. We advise using a different folder for each downloaded game.

Your download will then automatically start.

Once your game has been downloaded, the game installer will start automatically. After completed installation of the game, you will be asked if you would like to keep the installation files on your hard drive.

Should you lose the email, you can request the download information from our Customer Services team at any time.

Too late, I already bought it. And yes, my download link isn't working either. Hope they resolve this soon. :|

I didn't actually get a response about this. But then maybe in a round about kind of way I did. Good to see it's been resolved as the SoR games are the major selling points for me.

It keeps adding the shipping cost to my order although I try to buy the downloadable version. And even after that I cannot place the order since nothing happens when I click on the Place Order button. This site sucks.

But also have the download problem, and I am still awaiting the confirmation email :(
