Meant more that 4 for $4 isn't a special deal if you can get 1 for $1. $3 would have made sense.

For Canada, the pricing is 1 for $1.29, 4 for $3.99, 7 for $6.69.
(I guess hiding it for USA residents would have worked better here, but maybe their pricing system isn't flexible enough for that...)

What I find really interesting about this Bundle is that over 4 hours later I still can't find it on their site anywhere . . . only through your link do I get to see it.

Whilst it did state the minimum purchase price was $1 on the "Buy Now" tab, the actual order page states that you need to pay a minimum of $5 to get a Steam key (or you will only get a non-existent DRM-free download).
Also, IGS have now changed the "Buy Now" tab to $5, and as far as I can tell there is no BTA bonus.
