Probably so, yes. I didn't find it on Desura, and I don't know of any other major place more likely to have it, so direct download would seem to be the case.

Thanks! It's been ages since I bought from them, didn't know they did direct downloads like that now. I think the last thing I bought there was Brave Soul on CD.

It's DRM-free. In the bundle page it says, "Available for Windows via DRM-free downloads." Seduce Me is also DRM-free. The other game, Dinner Date is Steam-only.

On de.gamesplanet, german version of the site there is Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition for 3,99€ (among others, there are other things on sale but nothing that really stands out). I think it is the lowest price it have ever been so far.
It's Steam key so it's only matter of going through german site to buy it and then you don't have to bother with german language anymore if you don't want to.
I think you can even register on english one and then login on german one and buy there.

If anyone is on the fence for the NSFW bundle, it is probably worth it just for My Girlfriend is the President. I played it around the time it was released. One of the funniest games I've ever played. Much more lighthearted than most eroge. The writers clearly had a good time with it - they put in a whole bunch of random plot elements, but the whole thing just works. I'm pretty sure the price you can get it for in the bundle is the least expensive it has ever been.

skeletonbow: Amazon frequently sells both of them together for $15 which is a better deal than that even anyway. I've got the XCOM collection in Nov for $10 which includes all XCOM games but not the Enemy Within expansion (wasn't out yet I don't think), and if I enjoy Enemy Unknown when I actually play it (I did a quick test run of it and it looks pretty awesome so I probably will want the expansion), I'll wait and pick it up for $5 or less down the line likely. I'm going through the XCOM titles in order so by the time I'm done them all hell... Enemy Within might be in a bundlestars bundle or something by then. :)
Enemy Within is worth its full price. Easily one of the best expansions ever made.
