Uplay :(. I will not buy any game that I can't play offline.

Quite a lot of uPlay games allow offline playing, including most (all?) of the Assassin's Creed. Not sure about Might and Magic Heroes VI though.

AFAIK it does not require to be permanent online, anymore, except for activation.
Unfortunately I fear it will take a bit of time until it shows up on GOG.
But yeah, uPlay is hardly a friend.

Even with steam I had my quirks and troubles, but from what I've read so far Uplay is worse. I think I'll skip for now... I have enough games to play as it is already.
