Apart from the price, not really.
The "Survival Edition" comes with a few extra features. Most of those are superfluous - the artbook just recycles the unlockable concept art rewards in the game, the map provides almost no information, and the "guerilla outfit" looks worse than the regular one. The soundtrack in WAV format is nice if you like the music. The most useful item in this edition is the comic. It's rather badly drawn (no detail, and the two artists couldn't even agree on Lara's look), but it provides interesting details about the characters and their past. You'll be more able to connect to the characters emotionally after reading it.
