so I think I'll go with them, at last. I would have preferred to get the from GOG from where I have the first Perimeter, but since GOG or the publisher seems slow or reluctant to get them to GOG...

They are marked DRM-free in GamersGate, so I guess it is the normal "save the temporary installer files before you exit the downloader"-thingie.

I actually have Perimeter 2 DRM-free already from Strategy First bundle, but apparently they left it at 1.0 version, while the GamersGate version is marked as 1.01. SFI claimed also that their game is already up to date, but the main screen still says 1.0, so I choose not to believe them.
