CK2 is currently unavailble for me too...and don't see a key for the DLC either (missed the DLC part in my original reply)

The original Alice is only available through MR's menu. There's a way to fix it, but I never investigated it much.

CymTyr: They're pretty efficient and if they can solve something for you, they will. Not always the first time, but they have that handy screen that comes up and says "Please let us contact you to try again" - Amazon is one of my favorites in terms of customer service.

reaver894: I worked at the warehouse in Dunfermline (Scotland) for a while, customers would likely have a heart attack if they saw some of the shenanigans that went on in there with customers orders. At least with their digital platform you cant use the item as a football
LOL, I've worked in a couple of courier company warehouses. Same deal there.

Yep unavailable and the only version on Amazon that contains the expansion to ROT is a physical copy http://www.amazon.com/Drakensang-Complete-River-Phileassons-Secret-Pc/dp/B005OGYVKU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1369002637&sr=8-1&keywords=Phileasson
