It wasn't. If it was, I'd have flooded steamgifts.
It was in Amazon's Editor's Choice though in January, and in an excellent pack (Bioshock 1+2, Spec Ops) in December and a few months before that. Desert and Sea bundle or something like that.

hmm. also to keep in mind - the UK price is £4.06, but the dollar conversion is $5=£3.20. For UK (and EU?) it seems again that the best deal is done with a proxy.
