Ask around...in a spam of like 2 months Metro 2033 was in the THQ non-bta bundle which sold around 1 million copies, was in an amazon pack that sold between $5-10 for a bundle of THQ games....and then the final nail in the coffin for Metro 2033...you could get a steam key for free on facebook. So if you ask around (non-gog gifting thread, classifieds, steamtrades) you can find a code for free or for very cheap. Metro 2033 lost all value tradewise. Sooo many copies were floating in the market at one point. I still see plenty of THQ-non bta bundles around for $1-3.
