For the record, I don't have a problem with going either way with the choice, I do have a problem with the double standard of what is praised as "good business" is harshly criticized when an average joe attempts the same. I don't think we should have it both ways, whichever pisses on the common man the most.
It has less to do with fucking over publishers than it does two other things: every sale is a vote, Russian sales count for less, and regional pricing is a good thing for people in those areas, a good thing that could end if Westerners keep abusing it.
