I'd wait. I've grown to actively hate that game, so I'd say with hindsight, I wouldn't pay more then ten/fifteen for it. The attitudes of 2K about modding and exploiting the fanbase with DLC's don't help either.

Is Desura the only place selling it? Unfortunately if it is, I'll have to pass on this interesting looking game as I will not use any non-Japanese store that charges my in Yen (they all inevitably overcharge).
