That's 5 bucks shy of the price of 4 DLCs in a Season Pass, is it as big as 4 DLCs? Because I doubt it. Expacs used to be really damned big, I get that it might have been really big compared to DLC today, but really, to expacs?

Don't overestimate people's aversion of DRM. There's plenty of people here openly against Steam/Origin who jump on any chance to get games on them if they can get them for free.
