orcishgamer: AC3 was a much, much better game, if you end up having to pick. That's IMO, of course. Dishonored was a boring, dull, flat disappointment. AC3 was a living, breathing out of body experience which managed to be gorgeous, fun, and engaging almost at all times.
The naval missions alone... it almost makes me want to play more ship combat games (I know they wouldn't resemble it at all).
StingingVelvet: Dishonored and AC3 are my top priorities, I should be able to afford both of those without much trouble. Adding Far Cry 3, Hitman and Risen 2 from earlier in the year will depend on sales. I doubt Far Cry 3 will go on sale since it releases in December, but if I can get some of the others cheap enough I can get FC3 for full price.
I'm not going to break the bank though, I have lots of stuff from this year left to play because of my year overseas.
Yeah, I have to find the best PC pre-order bonus for Far Cry 3, it looks fun, I hope it's half as good as it looks. Halo 4 will probably still come out on top, but it's no shame in getting your ass kicked by Halo 4 at this point, it'd be like losing to Mike Tyson in the 80s, everyone did, even if they were outstanding.
The sandbox-y nature of Far Cry 3 looks like it'll be some good times.
