dyscode: PS: Weekend deal on Steam: Crysis Franchise -75%

Can somebody tell me if there is a Gaming Portal Site where the Crysis DRM (e.g. Machine Activation Limit) doesn't suck?
Isn't it the same everywhere? I've heard they've increased it to 50 activations now..

Same games have different DRM condition on diff. sites, so I was hoping.
But well 50 activations is at least something, compared to 5.

What kind of DRM does Condemned have, if any?

orcishgamer: Amazon would love to sell to your part of the world, this is a copyright and distribution rights thing. Please don't blame Amazon for this, video games are a clusterfuck and it's in no way their fault they cannot secure worldwide rights. There's already a seller doing that and it's GOG, the slowness of their library increase should tell you how damned hard this is.

I've purchased books off Amazon.co.uk and they had no problem shipping to me in the US. Trust me, they'd be happy to sell you stuff if they could.

As for the poster in question, maybe he could have phrased it as a personal preference instead of acting like he spoke for everyone. Clearly most respondents didn't agree with him and I still think he acted a bit of a bully (but it's been awhile, I only recall my impressions, not the words, I'd have to look again to recall those).
OK, I know I perhaps was blaming them bit with using "inferior part of world" but fact is taht reason why they don't do it isn't important to me. All that matters is, I can't buy there without cheating (together with big part of other forum users) so I have no reason to care for their sales. That's why I don't care he left and am not balming anyone.
And because of it I don't reall remember how the events of his departure went so I'll take your word for it.

I raise you Spec Ops for 20$ and Bioshock 1 and 2 as bonus.

It's Amazon US, so you need to be nifty. Or American.

Yup, there's the rub. ; ) I guess sales were so lackluster that they're lowering the price fairly quickly. And GamersGate jumped the gun a bit.

Well, I bought it just fine ;-).

It don't think they are dropping the price because of lackluster sales. The games was released with 50% off. It is the most impressive Videogame made in the last ten years, therefore I can highly recommend it.
