Medieval II Gold was $2.50 on Steam at some point I think, Although doesn't it get sold in a double pack with another Total War game these days? They tend to go pretty cheap. I'd be shocked if they didn't come up in the Summer Sale next week somewhere.

I found the first Shogun to be the most enjoyable of the Total War games that I have played to date. All later ones have overstayed their welcome and just felt too long & drawn out.
