RU Ruble always is cheapest (only Steam Store). A friend of mine has just approach Russia (student xD) and now i can buy game from there :), can't wait for Steam Summer Sale when Paradox Complete Pack is approximately 30 USD (jeez, it is whole Paradox catalog and available worldwide). Pity when many games IP restricted, if it weren't, i would buy anything on sale there :))

After some little research, apparently they actually run out of keys. I heard it is also not available in UK, etc, etc.......



Also I think GetGames has a lot of great deals too. There are quite a lot of cheap little games there. Another great deal is $6.25 for Farcry 1+2. (It's actually on sale for quite a long while)
