Yeah I sat on my 66% off coupon for 3 months waiting for a proper price drop. At least I gave it to someone who used it.

It says that it works through March 1st. So I guess you can still use it.

Coupons don't work anymore, they expired around 12 hours ago. The exact time was stated at the main page of Steam.

I believe it said on the last page that it will take a few days until you receive the game.
