No, it's not a Steamworks game. Just GFWL and Capsule.

I suggest using both the gamepad AND keyboard/mouse in JC2. It seamlessly lets you use any combination of those. Gamepad is perfect for driving, hwile mouse/keyboard is perfect for shooting and on foot and general Spider-manning.

That being said, it is not the cheapest it's ever been (it has gone as low as 2 bucks), but is still a damn good deal.
If it was steamworks, you would only need steam. Unfortunately, it is not so you need both capsule and gfwl.

Get this one, a very different type of game. You do not directly control an avatar, but the environment around a character, observing it all via CCTV. Somebody asked somewhere about originality in games. This is one of them.

Oh hey, I think I had the boxed version of that. It had some annoying DRM so I never installed it.

Speaking of boxed version. I always found it funny, and a symptom of something I am not sure what off, how on the US box version the character is blond - but not on the original box nor in the game.

I can also recommend Experiment 112. It's innovative (even today) and has a tense atmosphere.
The controls are quite clunky, so you have to like adventure games with a story to press forward.

It's not like any link you click isn't followed by the referrer you never see, which tells the site owner exactly where you came from. Hell, I've seen websites explicitly banning visitors coming with certain referrers. The only clear way is using inert links and pasting them in the address bar.

I agree, this is getting a little silly now. It does not hurt or do any damage. Worst case scenario is that the person who gave you heads-up of a sale gets a few cents extra, and what is the problem with that? If someone do not want to do so, I think they are perfectly capable of going to GG to find the game themselves.

I think as long as they're legitimate deals, it's not a big deal. If people act like tools and spam their links for 10 percent off sales everyday, that I can see being annoyed by.

I appreciate you posting links to those deals. I just don't like affil links because paid links lead in general to dishonesty and spam (not saying that is your case).

We already discussed it a few pages ago. I learned my opinion is not widely shared but some people started to disclose when they use affiliate links in their posts.
