Heretic777: I'm thinking about getting 2 copies of DNF on Amazon, but I want to know how Amazon handles multiple game purchases. Will i get 2 Steam keys or will the old key get over written by the new key? If its overwritten, is the old key still valid or is it cancelled? Thanks.

orcishgamer: They'll overwrite the key, but you can write it down before purchasing the second copy.
If u buy one at a time like i just did now, both keys show in ur amazon account game library
Maybe penny pinching but some of those deals on GMG arent that good for such a 'big' sale for them. 4% off Sonic Generations. 6% off LA Noire? No thanks...

DukeNukemForever: At the moment the exchange rate (euro) isn't really good, also there is a chance to see some games on a midweek gem sale. Also we had some 60% and 75% off sales. As far as I know him from the forums all his wished games will very likely go to his backlog, so not a bad decision to wait and see what's coming ;-)
I meant a MASSIVE site-wide sale of over 50% off, not single game sales or promos. But I get what you're saying towards the end there.

grviper: I wonder, if they at least patched in shooting while running, added bullets to the levels (some have none and there are no real melee combos), and toned down the accuracy of zombies that root you to the ground.
I have made it to the 5th level and you can move and shoot, basically have to shoot the green zombies with their nets before they get too close and hold down left mouse to swing your sword and when your surrounded use a power attack . So far its seems pretty basic but kinda hard.

Tizzysawr: I bought 2 keys to Deus Ex: HR and I have both keys on my account, none got erased.
I bought DA:O Ultimate when it was 7.50 and later bought the DA pack for 12.50 (which includes DA:O) all I can tell ya is that my original DA:O key disappeared from my downloads list. Will Amazon.com fix this at some point? Maybe, probably even, but it can happen right now.

Did you try contacting them regarding that? Amazon has pretty amazing customer service, I'm sure they can find a way to give you your cdkey/game back :)

Anyone notice the prices on the best selling games of 2011 people can apply coupon's to, keep creeping up??. I bought BC2 Vietnam code early today for $2.49 (less $5 coupon), now its $14.95. Medal of Honor was $9.95 yesterday. Today $15.29.Deadspace 2 was $9.95 now $19.95. BC2 is now $15.99 before was $9.95. This was all AFTER they released the initial list of best selling games. Soon enuf there wont be any point of coupons . And its only the 3rd day of the month :/

There's quite a bit of price movement at Amazon, so every day has been different so far for like the last month. While I agree with you that we probably won't see as many crazy deals as we've seen in December, so far I'm hoping Amazon's going to keep a few good deals around every day (or two days, or maybe three days). I guess we'll see in 48 minutes when they do another major update.

They go up and down. I saw Duke Nukem Forever for $6 this morning; it was $10 last night.

I'm gonna check it out once in a while, hopefully I'll get the other game I want for much less than retail.

And yet the entire saga was like $5 on Steam a while back.

He really needs to wake up and sell his games for the same price across all sites. All he is doing is losing sales, because I for one am not buying anything from him period because of this malarkey.

10 actually, and it's normally 20. To be fair, though, he is charging it for hardcopies of the games.....and he does charge much less for digital copies unlike various other publishers who charge the same usually for their games whether you get them in a brick & mortar outlet or online.

It's not the question of his own pricing plans but of his pricing vs. other stores. For the $10 he asks for one of his earliest Ultima-ish RPGs you can get BG2 here.
