MonstaMunch: A farewell to Dragons $2, they even let me pay for it :D
Antimateria: Getgamesgo.com.. Never heard of that site. Seems that they do have couple of good deals and couple mediocre. Even shows prices in euro. So if I would think about buying in there, well is it a trustworthy? =) Also, those cheap as chips.. those are christmas-thing, daily or what?
Edit: and of course 1 dollar converts to 1 euro?
I've bought a few games from them, and I have no complaints so far. They have accepted my debit card every time, they say very clearly which games require Steam so I can avoid them. and all the games I've purchased from them have worked without any issues :)
I can see why you ask though - the site looks generally spammy and unprofessional.
fowler002: this is half the price of what steam are offering it for in todays daily deals, how do you get the key/s to register this on steam(no mention of 3rd party software being needed)? i.e. a single key or 1 key for each game?
I was tempted to get this in one of the previous steam sales but didn't as I'd spent quite a bit on other games, have plenty of unplayed games in my library(not just on steam :) )
supercoolandrew: Its a single key and you can get the key from your shelf that lists all your game since one of your game under the X-Superbox should tell you that it has am unused serial keys. I don't think the games has mandatory steamwork drm installed within the program, and you should be able install the program from Gamersgate without involving steam if you want, though you won't get the achievements offered by the steam version.
I installed and registered it without going anywhere near Steam :)
