Actually you can't see it because River of Time is unfortunately only sold digitally to Americans.
It's only available in retail for the rest of us, so anyone with an IP recognized as from outside the US can't buy it.

If you want the game your best bet is to either use a US proxy or have someone from the US gift you the game.

Complete 1C collection on Steam for $60, pretty good deal if you dont have their games.

That one doesn't have all the games from the 1C Complete Collection at GamersGate though, does it? Probably still a good deal though. ;)

The entire River of time release was a bit botched. They only released it digitally in America, and printed very few copies for the rest of the English speaking world. They also did not market their game... and then they complained about it not selling.

If you want an extra bit of "stupid", while the core game is not available to download in most parts of the world, the expansion is.

Steam sells it digitally to all of the american continent with no issues. I have it.
