You probably dont have to worry about the newer games. They should transfer fine into Gamefly. It may take a few months for them to transfer all the games, but eventually you'll be able to download most of your games. The games that you should download are the older games or unpopular ones which Gamefly may not transfer. I have Dragon Age Ultimate on D2D and I'm pretty sure they will have this for download again on Gamefly.
If you had something like PREY then they probably wont transfer that game.
